seeking an
Experienced Management Accountant
to join our highly successful and respected team. This role offers the opportunity to become a specialist in a key area of the P&L, while also gaining valuable experience in business partnering a division.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a section of the Income Statement across the Group, ensuring accurate recording, understanding, and communication.
* Deliver and communicate key financial information to the business in a timely and accurate manner.
* Partner with relevant teams in the business to provide support and analysis, aiding decision-making.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to guide business decisions.
* Calculate and post monthly journals to accurately report the performance of the business.
* Reconcile the balance sheet to control and safeguard assets.
* Provide ad-hoc financial support for operations and other head office functions.
* Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis projects.
* Work closely with the budget holder for your assigned P&L area to assist with budgets, monthly queries, and ad hoc work.
* Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process for the group.
* Foster strong relationships with the wider business to ensure alignment between Finance and operations.

Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
* Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
* Strong Excel skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A desire to continuously learn and improve.
* Inquisitive mind with a questioning approach.
* Ability to adapt and work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
