assist our Head Chef with delivering a phenomenal new food offering and venue on the North Norfolk coast. You will be an engaging individual who has a real passion and focus in producing exceptional food using the best ingredients that Norfolk and East Anglia has to offer. The kitchen at The Maltings will be an inspirational, aspirational and fun environment focussed on great food from small plates to afternoon tea, sharing boards to bar snacks. The Maltings will be a home-from-home offering the space and style to kick back, relax, indulge and dwell. Offering 28 stylish bedrooms, including a honeymoon suite with a terrace and sea views, The Maltings provides a go-to coastal destination for British-based simple, quality cooking using the finest regional produce.
