Join our team as Hotel Receptionist in a full-time role - day & evening shifts. Ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, but admin background is acceptable and training provided. Candidate will take bookings over the phone and online and enter in our reservations system. The candidate will check-in guests, greeting them with a warm smile and answering any questions about the hotel and services and visitor inquiries about Orkney in general. Upon check-out, candidate will take payment of credit card or cash. Candidate will have excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
Candidate will liaise with other departments (housekeeping, restaurant, bar) and work well with other staff members.

Pay: £12.00-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 37 per week
