This role will provide administrative support to the sales team and report to the Sales Support Team Lead. This successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new customers, responding to emails and queries as directed by the Sales Support Team Lead. Additionally, this role will collaborate closely with various internal departments to ensure the timely completion of the switching experience and a positive first impression that will help set customers up for long term success.Role ResponsibilitiesAssist the Sales Support Team lead with administration tasks, processing switching requests in line with industry standards and regulatory guidelines ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, data integrity, and timely completion.Monitor switch progress through internal systems.
