Gardener / Property Maintenance Person
Location: Between Barnsley, Rotherham & Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Start date: ASAP
Pay: Negotiable
Employment: Full time; Direct or Labour-Only
We’re looking for an experienced gardener with general maintenance skills to join our small team caring for a private residential property.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lawn care, planting, pruning, and general garden maintenance
* Landscaping (pathways, steps, drainage, etc.)
* Leaf clearance (manual and machinery)
* Minor household and site repairs
* Regular inspection of equipment and facilities
* General upkeep of outdoor and indoor spaces
Requirements:
* Previous gardening experience (references required)
* Competent with tools and machinery
* Physically fit; able to lift heavy objects if needed
* Able to work independently and within a small team
* Basic plumbing or carpentry knowledge is a plus, not essential
Working Hours:
* 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
* Competitive pay based on experience and skills
