We are working with a firm of solicitors in Leeds, city centre who are looking to recruit a legal cashier to join the team on a full time permanent basis working across 37.5 hours and joining a large finance team. Duties include: Administration of the purchase ledger Verification of purchase invoices by reference to purchase orders and delivery notes. Record incoming and outgoing invoices Conduct reconciliations of bank, petty cash accounts and client ledgers. Prepare and process working papers Assisting with the annual audit. Preparation of credit control advice by letter, email, and telephone.
