Job Description


The Talent Acquisition Analyst provides trend analysis and forecasting for talent acquisition processes from data obtained through applicant tracking system, social media, external partners and other assorted mediums.

Talent Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for enhancing the recruitment process by analysing data, tracking metrics, and optimizing sourcing strategies to attract top talent. This role combines responsibility for the usage and development of the ATS system, Smart Recruiters, as well as enhancing the talent acquisition offering with data-driven decision-making to enhance our recruitment effectiveness.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hour week.

Key Duties of a Talent Acquisition Analyst:

* Oversee updates and maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (Smart Recruiters) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Facilitate the rollout of new system updates, including training for team members on new features and processes.
* Identify and develop opportunities for process automation via Smart Recruiters.
* Monitor ATS usage, provide support and troubleshooting for users, and continuously identify areas for improvement.
* Develop dashboards and regular reports to rack hiring trend and metrics.
* Identify trends and insights that can improve talent acquisition processes and strategies.
* Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for leadership, showcasing recruitment performance and progress against hiring goals.
* Develop, monitor and enhance the recruitment dashboard to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Work closely with the HR team, hiring managers, and external partners to enhance recruitment efforts.
* Train and support staff on using recruitment tools and systems effectively.
* Recommend improvements based on data insights to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
* Support workforce planning and forecasting efforts by analysing internal and external labour market data.
* Partner with stakeholders to provide data analytics in talent availability, market trends and competitive intelligence.
* Develop the Culina Careers website and report on google analytics.
* Coordinate with the recruitment team and Communications team on social media content requirements and report on activity.




Qualifications

* Proven experience in talent acquisition or HR analytics.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
* Proficiency in recruiting software and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to analyse and present data to senior stakeholders, recommending data driven improvements.
