Are you a problem-solver with a passion for IT? A large and successful organisation is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to provide hands-on IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth operation of critical systems.
Responsibilities:
Provide IT support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Assist with software and hardware installations, configurations, and maintenance.
Monitor and maintain internal networks, servers, and IT systems for efficiency and security.
Manage IT support requests via the company’s ticketing system.
Set up and configure IT equipment for new employees.
Perform upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure system stability.
Provide user training and document technical procedures.
Skills/Experience
Experience in an IT support role, with a solid understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.
Knowledge of Microsoft OS, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and cloud solutions.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
Strong communication skills to support non-technical users.
ITIL certification (or willingness to obtain).
Understanding of IT security best practices.
