We are looking for a Part Time Keyholder to join our team at Bubble CiTea, located in Glasgow Fort.

Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager as part of a collaborative team.
* Help create a teamwork environment by contributing to problem‑solving, building customer relationships, and maintaining product quality.
* Ensure that product quality and customer service meet company standards.
* Lead team members to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our kiosks.
* Protect employees and customers by ensuring a safe and clean store environment.
* Operate efficiently and effectively as a bubble barista to accomplish daily duties.
* Guard store assets by following safety, stock handling, security, maintenance, and cash‑handling procedures.
* Remain calm and observant during busy periods or unforeseen situations and deploy team members to ensure the best customer experience.
* Manage and create content for TikTok.
* Complete other reasonable tasks assigned by the company.
Requirements
* Ideally have experience driving a high‑sales‑focused culture in a fast‑paced food or beverage industry.
* Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
* An energetic person with a positive, "can‑do" attitude.
* Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
* Willing to learn new skills and share knowledge with customers and the team.
