Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
* Provide quotations to customers
* Maintain and update CRM and customer databases
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
* Provide product information about the Between Glass Blinds
* Liaise with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and after-sales support
* Resolve basic customer issues and escalate when necessary
