Senior Support Worker – Lead, Support & Inspire
Location: Amber House, Broughton, North Lincolnshire (DN20)

What You'll Do as a Senior Support Worker
* Provide high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours of concern.
* Lead shifts and act as a role model for Support Workers.
* Assist with the development and implementation of personalised care plans.
* Support with behaviour management using PMVA/Conflict Resolution training.
* Maintain accurate records in line with CQC regulations.
* Promote independence, dignity, and inclusion for all residents.
What We're Looking For
* Experience working with adults with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours of concern.
* Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent).
* PMVA or Conflict Resolution training (essential).
* Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
* A proactive, compassionate, and professional approach.
