Lead Analytics Consultant – Data & AI Strategy
Location: UK (Remote with travel to client sites)

Working across industries, they design and deliver data strategies, modern data platforms, advanced analytics, and AI solutions that drive measurable business impact. With an expanding UK footprint, they are building out their consulting team to deliver high-value engagements and shape the direction of their growing practice.
The Role
This is a senior consulting position that combines strategic leadership, client engagement, and hands-on delivery. As Lead Analytics Consultant, you will work at the intersection of data strategy, AI opportunity, and delivery execution — helping clients define their goals, creating the roadmap to achieve them, and ensuring solutions deliver lasting value.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end data and AI strategy engagements from scoping to adoption.
* Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to set priorities, metrics, and success criteria.
* Translate business needs into actionable technical and analytical solutions.
* Identify opportunities to maximise value from data initiatives.
* Oversee delivery teams to maintain high standards and ensure client objectives are met.
* Mentor and develop junior consultants, building both technical and consulting capability.
* Contribute to account growth through exceptional delivery and trusted relationships.
About You
* Proven track record in leading data strategy and analytics projects, ideally with AI/ML exposure.
* Strong commercial and consulting skills, able to engage with both technical and business leaders.
* Broad technical knowledge across data platforms, pipelines, governance, and analytics.
* Ability to combine hands-on delivery with strategic advisory.
* Collaborative, energetic, and motivated, with a drive for continuous improvement.
* Flexible to travel to client sites (primarily London, with occasional regional travel).
