Job Description:
The Grant Thornton Digital Audit Team offers cutting-edge digital products, services, and expertise to empower auditors of the future. Our goal is to set industry standards for professional services by leveraging digital, data, and technology to excel in audit quality, client service, and operational efficiency.
The Digital Audit Assistant Manager will be instrumental in communicating the DAT’s story and guiding the practice through digital transformation.
A look into the role
As an Assistant Manager in our Change Hub, you will:
1. Manage stakeholder engagement activities across UK audit teams, promoting digital audit benefits and gathering feedback to improve digital offerings.
2. Set goals with Digital Audit Champions, ensure accountability, and foster knowledge sharing and network growth.
3. Implement the digital audit communication strategy via SharePoint, Viva Engage, newsletters, and training sessions.
4. Work with the DAT Training Hub to enhance digital learning resources.
5. Support the DAT Knowledge Hub to provide access to high-quality resources for efficient, high-standard audits.
6. Collaborate across teams to ensure comprehensive, current, and relevant knowledge, communication, and training.
7. Take on additional responsibilities to achieve the DAT’s strategic objectives.
