Limitless Financial Services provides fee free services to those looking for mortgage funding and insurance advice, predominantly to those working in the technology and consultancy sectors.
Our specialism is non-standard income and all the weird and wonderful.
We are looking for a self-motivated, focused and driven individuals to join our expanding team of like-minded professionals.
Minimum 1 years experience required in a Mortgage Case management role.
The role will be working within our Client Services team. You will be responsible for providing essential administration and support to both advisers and clients.
Each day will be different while you assist our clients through every aspect of the mortgage application journey.
Hours of work 9:30 - 17:30 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 9:30 - 19:00 Wednesday
The office is CLOSED at the weekend.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Working as part of a team to assist advisers and clients processing mortgage applications.
* Complete quality checks on client documents and mortgage applications to ensure each case meets network compliance requirements.
* Inputting new cases onto a CRM system, this includes, document uploads, checking data is correct, and anything else post sales that may be required.
* Liaising with all parties throughout the mortgage process including – Banks, Solicitors, Estate Agents, Surveyors, Developers etc.
* Data Entry - Submitting client applications to lenders using various systems.
* Answering incoming telephone calls.
* Other ad hoc tasks as required from the business.
* You would need to reliably commute to SO21 2JN. Please check your commute before applying
Qualifications and Skills
* Minimum 1 year experience in Mortgage processing/admin
* Computer Literate
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Organised with good diary management
* Attention to detail
* Ability to adapt to change quickly and in a positive manner
Salary and Benefits
Starting pay £25,000 per annum, with the ability to earn bonuses and commission from the outset.
Parking, Coffee Shop and Showers on site.
