ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY


The team is now looking for a motivated, hands-on Marketing Manager to join them in London. This is a brilliant opportunity for a strategic thinker with strong execution skills to help shape and deliver high-impact marketing activity that fuels brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth.


Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll drive forward our marketing activities, from content and campaigns to website, social, events, and reporting. The role also plays a key part in supporting marketing initiatives across Yodel Mobile and the wider NP Digital group, with growing opportunities for cross-brand collaboration.


To be considered, candidates must currently reside and be eligible to work in the United Kingdom and willing to travel to the office in Farringdon, London 2-3 times per week.


ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES


* Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, utilising all of Yodel Mobile’s channels to maximise engagement
* Lead end-to-end delivery of events from initial ideation through to post-event follow-up, for both own-hosted and partner events
* Manage all aspects of event sponsorships, ensuring full value is realised from every partnership and activation
* Oversee the content calendar, working closely with the senior marketing executive on the planning and delivery of blogs, newsletters, case studies, and reports
* Produce a variety of marketing materials, including thought leadership articles, social content, and visual assets, to support brand awareness and lead generation
* Manage our partner programme; strategically growing our partner network and progressing activity
* Oversee SEO performance, implementing SEO best practice and overseeing content optimisation
* Manage website performance and updates, owning content changes in WordPress and working to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion
* Work closely with the New Business team to align campaign messaging with lead generation efforts and support sales enablement through targeted content
* Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure cohesive, on-brand marketing across all touchpoints
* Use HubSpot actively to manage CRM workflows, automate marketing activity, and report on lead and pipeline performance
* Support and guide the Senior Marketing Executive, fostering high-quality output, helping to prioritise effectively, and encouraging ongoing professional development
* Ensure brand consistency and adoption across the business


ABOUT YOU


* 4+ Years of B2B marketing experience (ideally in agency, app, digital, or SaaS environments), with a track record of owning key workstreams and stepping into leadership responsibilities
* Confident navigating between strategy and execution
* Strong experience in content creation, campaign delivery, and social media management
* Excellent writing skills and a strong grasp of written English, with the ability to tell compelling stories in a consistent tone of voice
* High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy across copy, reporting, and delivery
* Experience producing award entries and coordinating industry events or marketing activations
* Prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members, with a collaborative and supportive approach
* Good understanding of SEO, digital channels, email platforms, and analytics tools (e.g. GA4)
* Highly organised and delivery-focused, able to juggle multiple workstreams and meet deadlines with ease
* Experience using HubSpot for automation, email marketing and campaign management
* Confident interpreting performance data and applying insights to improve marketing outcomes
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally and with external partners
