Our client is a busy 4 star hotel, set in a beautiful 16th-century grade II listed building; complete with its original features, in the rolling Warwickshire countryside.
The hotel offers diners a brasserie-style main restaurant, serving international cuisine as well as a bar area that offers guests a selection of lighter meals and snacks. Weddings, meetings and events are also offered here.
Due to its rural location, this role may be best suited to someone with their own transport as there are no public transport links nearby or shops.

What’s involved?
As a Chef de Partie, you will work as part of a team of talented chefs, preparing, cooking and presenting dishes for the hotels main restaurant, bar area, weddings and conferences.
On average you can expect to cater for 100-250 covers at breakfast, and up to 250 covers at dinner. This is made up of hotel guests and coach parties. Whilst lunchtimes are quieter in the restaurant, they are often still kept busy by catering for meetings and events going on at the hotel during the day, for up to 170.
