We are currently looking to recruit for an Assistant Back of House Manager to join our Back of House team at The May Fair Hotel. Overview: The role of Assistant Back of House Manager is a vital role to support the back of house operation within The May Fair hotel. You will be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the Kitchen and Back of House operation. Collating all cutlery and crockery stock takes and highlighting any concerns to the units to action must certify that all goods are checked and received. The role of Assistant Back of House Manager will assist the training, coaching and development of the back of house team ensuring feedback to measure training effectiveness. Identification of training needs and requirements in F&B back of house. Compilation of health and safety audits in Excel document. About You: Current Back of House experience management experience level within a hotel or large-scale hospitality operation. Demonstrates ability to proactively priorities business needs, drive and support the back of house operations teams. Displays a working knowledge of the Hotel in order to assist internal & external clients. To be up to date with current health and safety procedures in food and beverage. To have health and safety qualifications at a minimum CIEH Level Two.
