️ Technical Project Architect
London | £50,000 – £65,000
Hybrid working | Design-led & socially conscious practice
A technical leadership role within a RIBA Chartered, design-focused studio, leading complex façade remediation projects with involvement in innovative new build schemes.

The Practice
A London-based studio known for environmentally responsible architecture, strong technical rigour and collaborative working. The practice places real value on architecture that improves communities, not just buildings.
Your Role
* Lead technical design and delivery of façade remediation projects
* Produce detailed design & construction packages
* Coordinate clients, consultants & contractors
* Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations
* Support Principal Designer (Building Regs) duties
* Mentor junior staff and promote best practice
What You’ll Need
* ARB-registered Architect
* 5–10 years post-Part 2 experience (ideally 5+ post-Part 3)
* Strong façade remediation & retrofit experience
* Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations & CDM
* Revit proficiency (essential)
* Confident communicator with strong technical judgement
