Job Opportunity Branch Coordinator Bristol | Full-time | Trade / Distribution About the role We're hiring for a well-established specialist distributor within the pneumatics industry based in Bristol, looking for an enthusiastic and organised Branch Coordinator to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role that sits at the heart of our branch operations — ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of office-based and practical work, and who thrives in a busy, customer-facing environment. What you'll be doing * Supporting the Branch Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of the branch. * Internal sales — handling enquiries, processing orders and quoting customers over the phone and via email. * Customer service — building relationships with trade customers, resolving queries and ensuring a positive experience. * Warehouse support — assisting with goods in/out, picking and packing, and keeping the branch well-stocked and organised. What we're looking for * Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly telephone manner. * Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * A team player who's equally happy working independently when needed. * Comfortable with physical, hands-on warehouse tasks as part of a varied role. * Previous experience in trade distribution, sales, or a similar customer-facing role is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
