Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Real Estate Credit Rating and Research Senior Analyst to join their head office. Reporting to the Credit Rating and Research Manager, this role will lead the development and maintenance of the risk and rating framework, analyze portfolios and new opportunities, and contribute to Credit Committees with insights and challenge.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in real estate credit ratings or risk management, preferably from a ratings agency or investment environment. Strong knowledge of rating methodologies, regulatory requirements, and real estate credit risks is essential. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior teams and external managers.
