An opportunity has arisen to join our existing team for a Senior HR Advisor. You will provide a professional and comprehensive generalist Human Resources service to managers, staff, and staff side representatives across the organisation.
You will have demonstrable experience in the provision of HR advice and support across a range of issues such as employee relations, terms and conditions of service, employment legislation, equal opportunities and employee development, promoting high quality practice in all areas. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of policies and procedures which meet best practice, current legislation and national policies and support the wider team in the delivery of policy training programmes.
