* Managing medical negligence cases from initial instruction through to post-settlement
* Screening new enquiries and assessing prospects of success
* Reviewing medical records, preparing chronologies and gathering evidence
* Instructing counsel and medical experts
* Advising clients on funding options, risk and case strategy
* Supporting senior colleagues and providing cover where required
* Advising on related matters including complaints, inquests and access to medical records
* Delivering a sensitive and professional service to vulnerable clients, including elderly and disabled individuals
Abot You
*
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
* Approximately 2+ years' PQE in Medical Negligence
* Demonstrates the ability to manage matters with a good level of autonomy
* Strong client xsngvjr care, communication and relationship-building skills
* Well organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities
* A collaborative team player who maintains high professional and ethical standards
