Role - Helpdesk Operative
Pay rate - £13.74/ph (PAYE)
Location - Southern House, Yeoman Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN13 3NX
Job Type - Temp to perm for the right applicant, initially for 6 months with the view to extension
Hours - Full Time, Mon to Fri 08:00-17:00
Start Date - Immediately (Once offered and completing the documentation)
Responsibilities
1. Raise and prioritise reactive work orders from client communication.
2. Dispatch jobs to engineers or subcontractors and ensure paperwork completion.
3. Chase and monitor progress to meet SLAs.
4. Monitor system dashboards and run CAFM reports.
5. Manage daily jeopardy reports and escalate issues to management.
6. Rectify overlapping labour and ensure compliance with procedures.
7. Monitor shared inboxes and contribute to reducing customer complaints.
8. Analyse job history to prevent duplication.
9. Assist with postroom duties on an ad hoc basis to support the facilities team at Durrington.
Essential Requirements:
10. Experience with Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system management.
11. Proficiency in all MS Office programs.
12. Previous helpdesk/call center experience in facilities management.
13. Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well in a team.
14. Strong analytical and organisational skills.
15. Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
16. Effective workload and time management abilities.
17. Customer service skills.
