We are looking for a seasoned Facilities & Infrastructure Manager to take responsibility for the upkeep, improvement, and long-term sustainability of garage infrastructure across several London depot locations.
This position plays a central role in ensuring that engineering and operational teams are fully supported with reliable assets, equipment, and working environments that enable consistent, high-quality service delivery.
The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable managing both immediate operational challenges and strategic asset planning. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, and Safety colleagues to maintain safe, compliant, and dependable depot facilities.
Core Experience Required

Managing facilities or infrastructure across multiple sites

Asset lifecycle management, preventative maintenance, and regulatory compliance

Budget oversight and external contractor coordination

Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management
Advantageous Background

Experience within TfL (Transport for London), transport, fleet depots, logistics hubs, or industrial settings
