Lead Practitioner Location: Barnsley Salary: £31,030 - £41,980 Permanent, Full Time About the role As the Lead Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting and providing guidance and line management to our dedicated staff. You will also carry a small caseload of clients, engaging in case management, multi-agency collaboration, data analysis, and coordination of group work delivery. This is an on-site role; no hybrid working options are available. This role will require you to work across both sites, depending on capacity and need. As a Lead Practitioner, you will be responsible for: Supporting the team and Area Managers Providing guidance and line management to staff members Carrying a small caseload of clients, offering case management and support ( If necessary) Fostering collaboration with multiple agencies to enhance service delivery Analysing data and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices Coordinating the delivery of group work sessions, outreach and targeted pieces of work to improve health inequalities within Barnsley.
