We are currently recruiting Consultant Physicians in General Internal Medicine (GIM) for multiple hospitals across Ireland.

The Role
You will join an established medical team delivering high-quality acute and general medical care.
Typical responsibilities include:
* Acute Medical Take
* Management of complex multi-morbidity patients
* Ward rounds & inpatient care
* Participation in the Acute Medical Unit (AMU)
* Supervision of NCHDs
* Audit, governance & service development
* On-call commitment (varies by hospital)
Some posts may also include:
* A subspecialty interest (desirable but not essential)
* Ambulatory care development
* Virtual ward expansion initiatives
Requirements
* Full registration (or eligibility) with the Irish Medical Council
* CCT or CESR in Internal Medicine
* Significant experience in internal medicine
Salary & Benefits
* HSE Consultant Salary Scale 235,862 - 283,318 euros per year to work 37 hours per week, any extra hours are paid on top of that.
