This is a full-time role within a high-performing and supportive school that values languages, cultural understanding, and high-quality teaching. Spanish is a highly regarded subject within the school, with students encouraged to develop confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing while gaining an appreciation of Spanish-speaking cultures around the world. About the Role You will teach Spanish across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that inspire confidence, curiosity, and strong language development. Students will study areas including grammar, vocabulary, translation, literature, cultural topics, and conversational fluency while developing communication skills and intercultural understanding. You will prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Spanish examinations, supporting them in building confidence with speaking assessments, writing accuracy, comprehension, and exam technique. You may also have the opportunity to contribute to wider MFL provision where applicable.
