We are seeking a Sales Manager to support our expanding regional sales team. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development within the company. Details are outlined below.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with annual sector-specific plans to maximize revenue from existing and new products.
* Promote Standard Pre-Engineered solutions via depot sales desks to increase revenue.
* Create detailed design briefs for bespoke solutions for the engineering team.
* Build relationships with new and existing customers to meet revenue targets, focusing on 20k+ and national accounts for growth.
* Engage multiple points of contact within customer organizations, including Field Engineers, Engineering, and General Managers.
* Support national account development through local relationship building, informed by the national account team.
* Address customer issues promptly to ensure mutually beneficial resolutions.
* Stay informed about new schemes and projects through industry insights and construction sales leads.
What You Need
* Experience in sales within a multi-site environment.
* At least 2 years dealing with Groundworks companies.
* Background in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Plant Hire, specifically in Groundworks.
* Customer-facing experience.
* Valid driving license.

* Initial telephone or Microsoft Teams interview conducted by the line manager or HR.
* In-person interview with the line manager.
* Final offer stage.
