We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a LFCW Growth & Engagement Manager.This role focuses on shaping and delivering the long-term strategy for LFC Women, including defining KPIs and aligning departmental plans.Responsibilities include co-owning the LFCW P&L, managing budget allocation to optimise matchday sales, and contributing to governance, commercial planning, and stakeholder engagement.The position also supports cross-functional initiatives, prepares board materials, and acts as a subject matter expert on women's football across the club.What will you be doing?Support the Executive Lead and VP of Strategy in developing and implementing LFC Women's long-term strategy, including defining KPIs to measure success.Co-own the LFCW P&L, managing budget allocation to drive sustainable matchday growth.Collaborate with departmental leads to create annual plans and KPIs aligned with strategic goals.Advise senior leadership on WSL governance, including preparation for shareholder meetings.Prepare briefing materials and updates for internal LFCW Board meetings.Act as a subject matter expert on women's football, supporting Partnerships with insights on LFCW, the WSL, and the wider game.Support the Matchday Experience team in developing initiatives to enhance experiences at St Helens and Anfield.Provide strategic insights and data to support commercial initiatives related to LFCW.Partner with Ticketing and Hospitality to model and develop new products and services.Collaborate with departments to build interest at St Helens and grow the LFCW fanbase.Shape grassroots engagement strategies to foster local interest and support for LFCW.Strengthen relationships with LFCW supporter groups and the Supporters Board in partnership with the Supporter Liaison Officer and Director of Fan Engagement.Who are we looking for?We're looking for a candidate with a background in football, sport, or entertainment, or demonstrable experience contributing to initiatives within these sectors.You'll bring a strong track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives that align with organisational goals, using data and insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.You'll be confident preparing board-level materials and presenting to senior leadership, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.You'll have a proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and a history of driving growth across products, channels, or services.Experience managing budgets, supporting transformation programmes, and applying structured approaches in complex situations is desirable.You'll also bring sound judgement, critical thinking, and a solid understanding of the women's football landscape—including governance, fan engagement, and commercial opportunities.Most importantly, you'll be passionate about advancing women's sport and committed to delivering meaningful impact across the club and community.Why should you apply?This isa full-time permanent role working35hours per week.
