Job Description:
We’re excited to present a new opportunity for a Project Manager with excellent event coordination skills and a passion for automotive industry events. Based on-site at a major client, with international travel to represent the brand at industry events, the successful candidate will play a key role in product launches, events, photoshoots, conferences, and meetings. The role involves acting as a link between the client and industry influencers to showcase the brand effectively.
Working Conditions:
* Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch break
* Hybrid working arrangement, with one day per week remote
* Regular travel, up to two weeks at a time
* 20 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Support Account Managers throughout event planning and execution
* Manage delegate communications, registration, and logistics
* Coordinate travel, accommodation, and scheduling for delegates and speakers
* Prepare event proposals and ensure health and safety compliance
* Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers for timely event delivery
* Monitor budgets and project timelines
* Provide on-site support during events
* Assist the wider team with proposals, client communications, and administrative tasks
Skills and Experience:
* At least 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in an agency setting
* Expertise in delegate management and live event coordination
* Strong understanding of event logistics and planning
* Excellent communication skills
* Highly organized with attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with event management tools
* Willing to travel and work evenings or weekends as needed
* Self-motivated and team-oriented
