Job Description
The Private Client Solicitor will be:
* Managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters
* Draft key legal documents such as trust deeds and letters of wishes
* Advising on the establishment and ongoing administration of UK trusts
* Providing guidance on trust taxation (income tax, CGT, IHT)
The Successful Applicant
The successful Private Client Solicitor should have:
* A qualification as a solicitor with relevant experience in private client matters.
* Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts and probate law.
* Excellent communication and client management skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
