A multi-disciplinary advisory firm supporting a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses, private equity-backed groups and entrepreneurial clients across the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join its growing team.
The Corporate Finance function delivers lead advisory services across acquisitions, disposals, MBOs/MBIs, fundraising and wider strategic assignments. As the firm continues to expand its Midlands and national presence, this is a high-impact role leading transactions, supporting growth initiatives and helping shape the development of the BK Plus Birmingham Corporate Finance team.
This position combines hands-on deal execution with significant client exposure, managing multiple concurrent mandates while working closely with Directors and Partners.
Key Responsibilities
Act as day-to-day transaction lead across buy-side, sell-side, MBO, MBI and fundraising assignments.
Manage end-to-end deal processes from mandate through to completion.
Lead the preparation of Information Memoranda, valuation materials, financial models and management presentations.
Coordinate due diligence and adviser workstreams, acting as the central point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Support negotiations on valuation, structure and key commercial terms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, private equity houses and professional advisers.
Manage, mentor and review junior team members across live assignments.
To Be Suitable
Strong corporate finance, M&A or transaction advisory experience within the UK mid-market.
Proven track record of leading transaction execution across multiple deal types.
Advanced financial modelling, valuation and analytical capability.
Confident client-facing professional with strong commercial judgement and communication skills.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and concurrent workstreams.
ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
