Job Title: Temporary Finance Assistant
Our public sector client in Derry is seeking a Temporary Ongoing Finance Assistant to join their financial accounting department.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Rate of Pay:
£11.45 per hour
Key Duties:
* Use of computer systems for data input and retrieval of information.
* Data inputting and maintenance of filing systems.
* Processing mail and collating information.
* Taking and relaying messages/information.
* Dealing with a range of queries.
* Preparation and transportation of medical and other records.
* Making appointments.
* General office duties such as photocopying and faxing.
Minimum Requirements:
* At least 1 year's administrative/clerical experience.
* Hospital administration experience is preferable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, or equivalent packages.
