Required: Construction Project Manager (Facilities Management / Construction) Location: Basildon, Essex (Office-Based) Job Type: Permanent Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Our client, a well-established and highly regarded family-run construction and facilities management business based in Basildon, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their close-knit and supportive team. This role would suit a Project Manager with a strong background in estimating and cost planning within facilities management or construction. The Role As Project Manager, you will take ownership of a range of construction and FM projects from inception through to completion. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. A key part of this position will involve estimating, cost control, and supporting tenders, so previous experience in pricing and commercial awareness is essential.
