As Commercial FP&A Lead, you will turn data into direction for the business. You will focus on the forward-looking view of Datapharm’s performance, unifying inputs from Commercial, Product, Technology, and Finance to create rolling forecasts, decision-ready dashboards, and investment cases that shape where we place our capital and our talent. You will guide New Product Development with rigorous TAM/SAM/SOM analysis and IRR/NPV modelling, but you will also bring the same discipline to pricing strategy, M&A screening, and company-wide risk scenarios - ensuring that each initiative meets both our return targets and our B Corp impact goals. By translating complex numbers into clear stories, you will raise financial fluency across the organization, embed ESG metrics into everyday decision-making, and give leadership the confidence to act quickly in a fast-moving market.

What you'll need to succeed:
* Significant FP&A or commercial-finance experience.
* Demonstrated record building IRR/NPV/ROI business cases.
* Advanced Power BI and Excel modelling skills.
* Experience translating market research into credible TAM/SAM/SOM assumptions.
* Strong data-visualization capability; ability to tell a story with numbers.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance teams.
* Commercially curious and results-oriented mindset.
* A collaborative and coaching mindset.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
