Construction Project Manager - Building & DevelopmentPermanent | Yorkshire Region£65,000-£75,000 + car / allowance + packageAre you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background delivering complex construction schemes?A reputable regional contractor is looking to appoint a Project Manager to lead full project lifecycle delivery across a portfolio of new-build and refurbishment projects throughout Yorkshire.The RoleYou will take ownership of end-to-end project management - from pre-construction planning through to handover - ensuring each scheme is delivered safely, on programme and within budget. Acting as the key link between clients, design teams, commercial teams and site operations, you will drive performance and maintain high standards throughout delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the full lifecycle of construction projects across YorkshireCoordinate internal teams, site management, subcontractors, and consultantsOversee programme planning, sequencing, procurement, and risk managementEnsure full compliance with health & safety legislation and project governanceControl budgets, valuations, cost forecasting, and financial reportingAttend client, design, and progress meetings, maintaining strong relationshipsEnsure quality standards, technical compliance, and defect-free handoversProduce project documentation, reports, contract records, and handover packsAbout YouProven experience as a Project Manager within the construction sectorStrong background delivering new-build, refurbishment, or multi-phase schemesExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsStrong commercial understanding and ability to manage project financesConfident in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and resolving onsite challengesValid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualificationsWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary £65,000-£75,000, depending on experienceCar or car allowance plus full benefits packageA stable contractor with a strong pipeline across YorkshireAutonomy, progression, and the opportunity to play a key role in business growthWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
