Job Description IT Infrastructure Manager Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Location: Leatherhead Hybrid working, in the office three days a week About the Role Our client is a medium sized Insurance company looking to hire an IT Infrastructure Manager to assist with Management of the IT function across Cyber Security and Infrastructure support working closely with the 3rd party MSP. They are based just outside of Leatherhead and the position is hybrid working, which will be in the office three days per week. Essentially looking for an Infrastructure Engineer who’s less about “hands-on keyboard all day” and more about governance, oversight, and ensuring delivery. Skills Required Excellent communication skills Proven experience in an enterprise or corporate IT environment. Strong governance and process mindset; able to enforce standards and compliance. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) awareness more important than hands-on expertise. Experience managing VPN solutions and broader infrastructure services. Confidence in managing deadlines, resolving blockers, and driving accountability.
