Yearly Bonus Hours: Full-time Contract: Permanant Posi tion Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Full training and ongoing support Opportunity to develop within a growing, friendly company Free on-site parking Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday No Weekends Key Responsibilities Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally and promptly Processing customer orders and preparing quotations Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks Managing and maintaining customer records and CRM systems Handling office supplies, filing, and general admin duties Assisting with stock control and liaising with suppliers Preparing invoices and assisting with basic accounts tasks Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service at all times Carry out light warehouse duties, including picking, packing, labelling, and preparing goods for dispatch. What Were Looking For Previous experience in an administrative, office, or sales support role Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail Confident communication skills, both written and verbal Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to prioritize workload and work independently Positive attitude and willingness to learn about our products and industry Experience with CRM systems (desirable but not essential)
