The Role: Champion Exceptional Patient Experiences
As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our mission to create flawless dental journeys. Your commercial acumen and passion for building relationships will elevate our patient care to new heights. This role does not involve physical dental nursing duties and does not require an active GDC licence, making it perfect for someone eager to shine in a vibrant, non-clinical role. Key responsibilities include:
* Building patient relationships
: Be the welcoming face of Space Dental, supporting patients and ensuring their experience is seamless and exceptional.
* Driving practice success
: Handle in-person patient enquiries, book and reschedule appointments, and process payments with confidence and precision.
* Streamlining operations
: Maintain and update patient records and filing systems using dental software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Collaborating with the team
: Support colleagues with ad-hoc tasks, fostering a positive and cohesive environment.
* Exceeding targets
: Leverage your understanding of ratios to conversions to meet performance goals and contribute to practice growth.
