Travel Consultant Role and Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end business travel bookings for flights, accommodation, transfers, and extras
Manage leisure bookings, customer service and support
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and leisure travellers
Ensure compliance with travel policies and deliver cost-effective solutions
Resolve issues swiftly and professionally to maintain high client satisfaction
Travel Consultant Skills and Experience Required
Proven experience in travel consultancy (corporate, leisure, or both)
Strong knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Passion for travel and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
