Role: Partner Account Manager Contract type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: Competitive Location: Field based We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to join the team at Restore Datashred. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key partner accounts across the UK, strengthening relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Key Tasks: Manage a portfolio of key accounts (circa £2.0m annually), providing day-to-day support, resolving escalations, and working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Support Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities, meeting revenue targets while ensuring customer retention and profitability Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, conducting regular remote and face-to-face meetings Promote our full product portfolio, maximising cross-selling opportunities and collaborating across Restore Group Use BI and CRM tools to track performance, monitor contract renewals, and provide insightful reports Continuously improve the customer experience, ensuring commercial agreements are up to date and service levels remain highSkills, Qualifications & Experience: Experience in managing national accounts Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills A proactive, self-motivated approach with a track record in account management and business development A collaborative and innovative problem-solver Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuitePlease download the full job description for more details.
