Join our Occupational Health (OH) team as an Administrator - Healthcare at WTW. This role involves supporting the OH team with various administrative duties, including processing and coordinating absence management referrals, arranging clinical reports, booking appointments, handling telephone queries from clients and OH providers, assisting with invoice processing, and ensuring clinical notes are correctly saved on SharePoint.
The role requires liaising with OH Case Managers, Clinicians, GPs, and Clinical Consultants to chase reports and ensure smooth communication and documentation flow.
Responsibilities
1. Process dictation daily and send to typing providers.
2. Verify all clinical notes are uploaded correctly on SharePoint by the scanning team.
3. Send reports to patients and clients as directed by OH/HR Case Managers.
4. Manage referrals, including requesting and confirming appointments.
5. Book and manage absence case management appointments.
6. Update the online tracking board for typing and report statuses.
7. Check and progress daily tasks.
8. Chase GP and specialist reports via phone.
9. Assist with invoice processing from OH providers and GPs using the Ariba system.
