An opportunity has arisen to join a friendly and forward thinking Beckenham based practice, in a flexible and rewarding role, with a view to becoming Practice Manager.
Job Summary
The surgery has built a strong reputation in providing top quality clinical care and you would be working with an experienced team of clinical staff. You would enjoy a high level of development and career progression. There is also a view to becoming Practice Manager in the next 6 months - 2 years.
Located in the Beckenham area, easily commutable from London and surrounding areas with ample onsite parking.
Key Duties
Manage staff rotas (includes organising sickness and holiday cover)
All aspects of operational management
Management of 14 staff, plus some ARRS staff
Package and Benefits
* £15 to £20 per hour dependent on experience and qualifications
* NHS pension scheme enrolment
Key Skills and Qualifications
You must have previous Managerial experience within Healthcare, and ideally within a Primary Care/GP Surgery environment.
