Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for creating a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where young people can thrive. As the Registered Manager, you’ll lead the team, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, working toward achieving a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and supporting a dedicated care team
Safeguarding children and delivering personalised care
Developing and maintaining Care Plans and Risk Assessments
Overseeing budgets, staffing, home maintenance, and compliance
Ensuring all staff training is up to date and within statutory timeframes
Liaising with the Operations Team and maintaining Ofsted and DBS registration
