As Paid Media Manager, you’ll take full ownership of performance across key channels, helping shape strategy, creative, and drive growth. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where your ideas and insights will directly influence results, with plenty of room to develop and step into a more senior position over time.
Your Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Search and Social channels.
* Shape and deliver the overall paid media strategy in line with business goals.
* Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
* Oversee budgets and ensure spend is driving strong returns.
* Report on performance with clear insights and next steps.
Your Experience:
* Experience running Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Meta).
* Strong analytical mindset, confident working with performance data.
* Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver against ROI/ROAS targets.
* Good understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion optimisation.
* Confident communicating results and recommendations to stakeholders.
