Inspire Change: Become the Green Leadership Academy Coordinator and Empower Community Leaders Across the North of England
The Green Leadership Academy Coordinator will join our growing movement supporting the creation of Green Community Hubs. The role will focus on supporting the development of community leaders through the structured Green Leadership Academy; a six month training programme building the capacity and capability of 60 community leaders.
Over two years, the postholder will coordinate a series of regional training programmes supporting at least 60 community leaders, linking into the Northern Network operating across the North of England but expanding to a national offer.
This will include creating training content, coordinating workshop facilitators and peer mentors, scheduling the programme and booking venues. Alongside the Green Community Hubs Programme Manager, the coordinator will also promote, recruit and induct participants onto the programme.
The candidate must be enthusiastic, confident, and able to engage diverse people in the programme. The individual will work alongside the Groundwork’s Green Community Hub team and wider stakeholders to deliver the programmes.
Responsibilities
