Duties
As a Home Care Worker, your responsibilities will include:

* Supporting clients with mobility and performing heavy lifting when necessary.
* Assisting with medication reminders and monitoring health conditions.
* Providing care for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
* Driving clients to appointments or social activities as required.
* Maintaining a clean and safe environment within the home.
* Collaborating with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
To be considered for the Home Care Worker position, candidates should possess:
* Experience in caregiving, particularly in assisted living or childcare settings.
* Knowledge of dementia care practices is highly desirable.
* Certification in first aid is an advantage.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges.
* A valid driver's licence for transporting clients when necessary.
* Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
* A commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and dignity at all times.
