We’re working with a long-standing client, a well-established UK business with a reputation for treating its staff like family, to help them find a Senior IT Support Engineer to join their team. You’ll be based in Malvern, working directly with the IT Manager in a small, supportive team where your voice and ideas will be heard. This role is a brilliant fit for someone currently working in 2nd/3rd Line Support or on a Service Desk, who’s hungry for more ownership, project exposure, and the opportunity to shape IT from the inside out. The Role: This isn’t just another support job. It’s a chance to step into a senior role, leading the day-to-day support function while helping complete and maintain a major Microsoft Intune project that’s currently in progress.
