Carry out building performance simulations using IES software Produce clear, high-quality technical reports for clients and internal teams Attend client meetings to present results and advise on sustainable design strategies Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across projects Contribute to wider sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives Key Responsibilities
Deliver detailed thermal and energy modelling assessments using IES Analyse results and provide practical, low-carbon design recommendations Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Support company-wide environmental and carbon reduction goals Stay up to date with current regulations, standards, and best practice About You
Around 5 years' experience in building performance modelling Strong working knowledge of IES and building physics principles Confident communicator, able to simplify complex technical information Proactive and genuinely interested in sustainability Degree in engineering, architecture, or similar (preferred)
