We are seeking a National Account Manager (NAM) to lead two of our key retail accounts – Lidl and Iceland – and drive growth across our Cheese, B&S, and PB categories.
* Be the primary contact for Lidl & Iceland, managing full P&L responsibility.
* Develop and deliver annual business plans aligned with strategic goals.
* Lead commercial negotiations and identify new sales opportunities.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments.
* Drive category growth through promotional planning and NPD initiatives.
* Require experience in Sales or Account Management within the FMCG sector, preferably with exposure to Own Label products.
* Have strong skills in negotiating Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with a proven track record of success.
* Be a natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills.
* Be commercially savvy, with the ability to analyze data, generate insights, and develop actionable strategies.
* Be highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
